Dean C. Sorensen
Dean has an AV® Preeminent™ rating from Martindale-Hubbell®, and has been with the firm since 2002. Dean has a commercial law, construction law and real estate practice that includes business formation, transactions and litigation. Dean’s current practice focuses on all types of commercial transactions and litigation, business counseling and real estate. Dean represents a wide variety of businesses, entrepreneurs, and developers and assists his clients in nearly all aspects of their businesses. His clients include banks, builders, developers, small business owners, and owners of real property. He has significant experience in business formation, sales and acquisitions, commercial lending, litigation, collections, and creditor rights. His litigation practice includes commercial and business disputes, general civil litigation, insurance defense litigation, title disputes, boundary disputes, easements and business dissolution.
Prior to joining the firm, Dean was an associate with the firm Moffatt Thomas Barrett Rock & Fields in Boise, Idaho, from 1998-2002.
Dean is a member of the Idaho State Bar, and is admitted to practice law before the courts of Idaho, and the United States District Court for the District of Idaho.
