Clinton O. Casey was born in Pocatello, Idaho on December 25, 1963. He earned his B.S. in 1986 from the University of Idaho and his J.D. in 1990 from the University of San Francisco. He is a member of the California State Bar, 1990 (inactive), the Idaho State Bar, 1991, the American Bar Association, the American Inns of Court No. 130, the Defense Research Institute, the Idaho Association of Defense Counsel, and the International Association of Defense Counsel. He is licensed to practice before the United States District Court for the District of Idaho and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. He joined Cantrill Skinner upon moving to Idaho in 1991. His practice focuses on litigation primarily in construction defect, insurance defense and crop loss/agricultural cases. For the past 20 years, he has voluntarily represented Guardians in child protection cases.  He is peer rated AV Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell.
